Wire Transfer Instructions
Before you register, please make you sure you're aware of Registration Terms and Cancellation Policy:
- Proof of payment for wire transfers can be accepted no later than April 30th.
- A US$20 wire transfer fee will be added to your invoice for each invoice/wire transfer.
- No refunds for wire transfer payment at any time. Substitutions are allowed.
- You will not be registered until you receive a confirmation email and receipt from us
To proceed, please follow these steps:
(1) Online Registration
Please browse to the registration page and choose "REGISTER NOW (by Credit Card, in USD)" or "REGISTER NOW (by Credit Card, in EUR)" to complete and submit the online registration. Keep note of the calculated registration cost and use the “HPWIRE2014” promotional code at checkout, this will allow you to register without making a payment.(2) Invoice Request
Fill in the Invoice Request Form within 2 days from registration and mail it to [email protected]. We will send you an invoice in the next 2 days.(3) Complete the Wire Transfer
The invoice we'll send you contains the bank account details you need to complete the wire transfer. Invoice amounts must be paid within 5 days, otherwise your registration will be canceled. Once you have a SWIFT receipt, please email us a copy.(4) Confirmation
Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email from us; if the payment couldn’t be confirmed on our side or we did not receive the SWIFT receipt, your registration will be canceled and you will be notified as well.CONTACT US
